SSH access to the servers has been temporarily disabled out of abundance of caution due to news of a vulnerability. As more details emerge, we will be re-evaluating the situation and re-enabling SSH access as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you need to run terminal commands, you may make use of the Terminal feature in cPanel.
Update 7/1: We have confirmed the vulnerability does not impact our systems and SSH access has been restored.
From 2021-12-24 02:00 UTC to 2021-12-24 05:00 UTC the file server (storing local backups and any hard drive media storage) will be temporarily offline for upgrades.
Update 2021-12-24 03:10 UTC: Upgrade has been completed and all service has been restored.
Scheduled maintenance will be performed on the core firewalls to perform software updates from 10:00pm to 10:30pm MST. Connectivity may be lost for brief periods of time during the maintenance window. The core firewalls are in a Highly Available configuration and should cut traffic over to the backup automatically when one goes down for maintenance; as such, no downtime is expected to occur.

On May 5, from 05:00 UTC to 14:00 UTC, there will be scheduled maintenance on the media storage servers. During this maintenance period, media stored in the HDD media storage may not be unavailable for a short time. We expect the downtime to last only a few minutes.
